The burger is made by sandwiching "pulled pork," a chunk of Tsumari pork that has been slow-cooked until it is tender and tender, and topped this time with ginger sauce and Kagura Nanban mayonnaise as an accent! The burgers, made by a chef who knows everything there is to know about local ingredients, are always a hit, and many days they are sold out.
