EAT

On the last day the facility is open for the 2026 fiscal year, we will host the “Ubusuna House Harvest Festival 2026.” Enjoy all-you-can-eat, freshly cooked delicious new-crop rice harvested from the Rice Fields of the Higashi-Shimogumi settlement! To accompany the new-crop rice, you can enjoy a buffet featuring hearty miso soup packed with ingredients, as well as pickles and side dishes made by local mothers. In addition, local fathers will perform “Tenjin Bayashi,” a traditional celebratory song passed down in Echigo-Tsumari. As this event marks the culmination of this year’s activities, please invite your family, friends, and neighbors to join us.
