Vol. 1 Asai Yusuke: "Let's Make Tape Sculptures!"

I create artworks with the same free-flowing, relaxed approach as drawing, using masking tape.

Author Profile

Born in Tokyo in 1981. This artist continues to create freely, unbound by location or materials, producing massive murals using local soil, as well as large-scale installations that incorporate everyday items such as pedestrian crossing materials and masking tape. In recent years, he has also been creating ceramic artworks using soil collected from various locations.
