Shaved ice invented by the artist and local students will be on sale. The star of the show is the original syrup made from Tsunan’s speciality, snow carrots. Local residents and the artist Sato Yu will entertain you. Limited to 100 cups servings each day.
Supported by Mama no Oyatsu (is a local cake shop).
