About the artwork
A film series by Can Tamura for the Echigo-Tsumari Art Triennale 2021. How do we experience the material forms of our existence in a meshwork of microscopic and celestial bodies? This film is a sensory-ethnographic document of Tōkamachi area. It will be filmed for one year, ending with the Echigo-Tsumari Art Triennale 2021. The film will have 24 parts. Each part represents one of the twenty-four solar terms. After each day of filming, each part will be immediately edited and published onto this website.

*For multi-area artworks that are scattered across multiple areas or developed on the Internet, the stamp will be placed at the tourist information center in Tokamachi Station West Gate 2nd Floor during the Triennale, so the location information on the website and applications will show Tokamachi Station during the stamp rally.
