About the artwork

The artist is active in the Netherlands. Her portrait photographs of young girl subjects are unique in the way they vividly capture the unstable emotions of adolescence. The exhibit is a new series of photography entitled the “Pool of Tears” shot in an old house in the Netherlands. Caught lingering in the soft light and the artist’s flawless direction, the girls become protagonists who spin their memories into tales.
