Born in 1976 in Tokyo. Established Office Toyofuku in 2000 and Chiba Bijutsu Yobiko and became the school principal. While supporting other people to pursue their careers in the field of art, Toyofuku also presents his works as an artist through participations in ETAT (2006, 2009, 2012, 2015, 2018), Kobe Biennale (2007) and Setouchi Triennale (2013, 2016)
