Gallery Yuyama started as a permanent gallery after the Echigo-Tsumari Art Triennale 2012. In the fall of 2019, the gallery will hold a special exhibition “Expanding Mail Art” with the participation of 37 artists from Japan and abroad. This will lead to the formation of a group led by the Gallery Yuyama management committee members, with the aim of organizing international mail art exhibitions and exchanges.
