The 10th Echigo-Tsumari Art Triennale (ETAT), scheduled to be held in 2027, is now accepting submissions from November 4 (Tue) to November 11 (Tue), 2025.
This time, you can submit your art project and performance works in two ways: (A) free proposals and (B) Proposal for a selected site/project. In addition, we will also accept new types of submissions, such as proposals that utilize existing artworks, as part of the project proposal.
For this call, proposals may be submitted either by post or by email. We look forward to receiving your ideas that reflect a deep understanding of the vision of the Echigo-Tsumari Art Triennale, which has continued since 2000, and that make use of the region’s abundant resources—its unique history, natural environment, and human connections.
Please note that the selection results will not be announced on this website. Only successful applicants will be contacted individually at the address provided in application.
We have published FAQ due on October 10 (updated on October 17, 2025).
Please note that we are unable to respond to individual inquiries regarding exhibitions or applications.
