Yukimi-gozen will also be held!

Winter in Echigo-Tsumari is known for Yukimi-Gozen, or snow viewing meals. To survive the harsh winters, the women of this region have nurtured a unique food culture by applying their knowledge and wisdom. This year, you can enjoy the special meals prepared by these mothers on special occasions as part of the official tour lunch.
