The “North Alps Art Festival” and the “Minami Hida Art Discovery”, both directed by Kitagawa Fram, General Director of the Echigo-Tsumari Art Triennale, will be held simultaneously this fall.
And during the period when these three art festivals overlap, a tour of the three festivals will be held.
In particular, he will delve deeply into the areas with deep historical backgrounds of Akiyamago / Oakasawa in Tsunan Town, Niigata Prefecture; Kurobe Dam in Omachi City, Nagano Prefecture; and Hagiwara in Gero City, Gifu Prefecture to consider what real wealth means in this global environmental age.
