“JIKU#013 HOKUHOKU-LINE” is a light and sound installation set in an underground tunnel station. To commemorate the start of its limited summer exhibition, archival footage of the work will be shown for the first time! Reservations are required to experience the work. Make reservations early!
“JIKU#013 HOKUHOKU-LINE” by Panoramatiks is an interactive train ride. To commemorate its limited summer exhibition, archival footage of the work will be shown for the first time. The limited release in July and August will run for 11 days, mainly on Saturdays and Sundays, on four trains only. We recommend making reservations as early as possible to incorporate this into your trip to the Art Triennale. Enjoy the program with searchlights and loud sounds in the underground tunnel station, which is cool even in mid-summer.
- You can take a special train (between Muikamachi Station and Tokamachi/Matsudai Stations) to view the artworks while the train is stopped at Misashima Station.
*You cannot get on and off at Misashima Station. - Tickets and admission fee are required. Show your “Passport for Artwork Viewing” to receive a discount.
- All trains return from Muikamachi Station and Matsudai Station, which are the last stops on the route. If you wish to return to the station where you boarded, please purchase a return ticket in advance.
