(2) Refund process
【Auto-refund】
１. Cancellation of the ticket will be processed on the asoview website. (by the end of April 2021)
２. The payment will be offset of cancelled next month on the payment of your choice (credit card, Paidy, or PayPay) at the time of purchase. Please check with your designated payment platform whether you will have received the refund accordingly. There is no need for you to take any procedure for refund except for double checking with the payment platform you have chosen should you wish to do so.
※ Please note that it may take seveal days to reflect the refund on the credit card statement. Please contact a respective customer service of a credit card company, Paidy or PayPay for details.
B：Those who have purchased a paper voucher

2．Please contact the following address with a note saying that you are interested in the refund of the ticket, together with name, address and contact number. We will send you a refund form with an enveop to return the completed form. Please put the completed form and paper voucher in the envelop and return to the following address:
