About artworks

Can you tell me which of the artworks are open to visit?

Please check "now showing" on "Artworks".

I would like to check out an artwork by artist X. Can you tell me where is it located?

Artwork(s) by a particular artist can be searched in "Artists".

Can I take photographs of the artworks?

Most of them are free to take photographs provided that you don't disturb the locals. Please contact us in advance if you would like to use these photos for commercial purpose. Please note that there may be a case that staff members or local people who look after the artwork may ask you not to take photos.

What is the opening hours?

Regular holidays and viewing hours may differ between the regular year and the triennial period, as well as between the green season and winter.

Please refer to the “Artworks Schedule” and information on each work page for the latest information.

I am an artist. How can I participate in the Triennale?

We invite participating artists by open call. Please keep your eyes on news section on our website or register yourself with our mail-newsletter (we are afraid that currently the mail magazine is only in Japanese.)
