About the artwork

Inside a classroom, various objects purchased in the region, including a broom, hose, toilet paper, and a TV monitor, were placed at random. An image of boot flying in an arc from outside the window into the classroom appeared on the monitor from time to time. The boot had been thrown from outside into the classroom by the artist, who acted as a performer outside the film. The boot landed on a drum in the classroom and fell down, with a bang.
