About the artwork
Cucumbers are one of the most grown vegetables in Echigo-Tsumari and local people eat them fresh, pickled or boiled. Inspired by various recipes of cucumbers by local people, the artist will present (or serve) “the Cucumber Show” to enjoy and taste different kinds of dishes using cucumber.
