Information

About the artwork

The artist came up with the idea of a project that involved locals and visitors as parts of the work. The community hall, where the artist became a resident, turned into a “place of activities,” as children came by everyday and visitors participated in the artworks. Visitors were very curious about how the artist was living there, so on the last morning before she departed, she left the futon as it was laid out, leaving the signs of her life there. (The work: Untitled)
