Face painting using soil as cosmetics. Mud balls glistening in the sun. You can experience them as you participate in Echigo-Tsumari’s “Earth Gathering” tour. Held on the weekends, this excursion includes a workshop where you can experience the soil in various forms, and be guided by specialists including plasterers.
