A space offering a panoramic view of the history of human endeavor.
Since its founding, Rikigoyama has continued its activities in the Takakura settlement, collaborating with residents. The entire former gymnasium, which once stored important local folk tools and farming implements, is now presented as an artwork. This corridor-style exhibition allows visitors to see the accumulated time and traces of people’s activities.
【Important Notes for Visitors Arriving by Car】
When coming from the Tokamachi direction, Google Maps may suggest Prefectural Road 75 (Tokamachi-Kawanishi Line) as the shortest route. However, due to the narrow road width, we recommend arriving via National Route 252.
