A Restaurant Where Paintings, Videos, and the Changing Light of Nature Converge
The artist, who presented works inspired by “The Restaurant of Many Orders” using doors in the past ETAT, creates multidimensional expressions including sculpture, painting, video, and photography. Housed within a room at the Echigo-Tsumari Kamigo Clove Theatre, the exhibition seamlessly merges two-dimensional works utilizing the restaurant’s tablecloths and walls with video installations. Its objective is to convey the essence of “changing sunlight, seasons, the abundance of nature and food, and the rhythm of natural creation.” Prepare to immerse yourself in a complex spatial expression of overlapping light and colours.
