About the artwork

To enclose means to separate one thing from another. To protect from something. To confine something. To store something. But what? Or from what? The artist deeply contemplates the act of “enclosing.” A charming little park, created in a corner of the town, soothes the hearts of passersby. The artist consulted repeatedly with local residents, revising the plan many times. A new playground for children was born in the community.
