The abandoned house looks like a patchwork and has an interior space that is quiet and supported by strong columns and beams that can withstand the weight of heavy snowfall. A line of light from outside penetrating the dimly-lit space surrounded by the snowshed is divine. The artist will create an artwork taking inspiration from the house with this symbolic light as a core. A quiet installation, like Echigo-Tsumari in winter, will be on the ground floor whereas the second-floor presents artworks reminding the visitors of the layers of time that have been forgotten. The artist also plans to make an observation room where visitors can feel green and light from the window.
