About the artwork
Iwasaki populated an unused shipping tunnel with twenty figures. Pieced together of driftwood, the figures have a distinctive sense of presence, created through the interactions between the seasoned driftwood, the sculptures’ well balanced forms, and their nobbly yet smooth contours.
