About the artwork

The focus of this piece is on the concentration and function of ethylene (C2H2) which trees release into the atmosphere; the artist visualises the communication of trees in Paris and Tokamachi. Through this piece she hopes to create a visual form of the activity of invisible molecules, showing its aesthetic version to visitors, and to restore the completion of human beings being symbiotic with nature.
