The artist spent one and a half month in the village working on this project. He borrowed a rice field as a site for the work, discussed how to create it with local people, collected materials, and constructed the wooden tower. He collected pieces of white cloth, tore them up, and tied them. The work continued in the midst of rain, receiving support from the village throughout the entire process. The vigor of the residents and their pride in the village provided inspiration for the artist, enabling work that commemorates the history of the place. On the opening day, the village people put candles on the water surrounding the work and held a purification ceremony.
