Eri Tsugawa
Born in 1989 in Hyogo. Graduated from Erwin Viray Lab. From Kyoto Institute of Technology in 2013. Completed study at Nobuaki Furuya Lab at Faculty of Science and Engineering at Waseda University in 2015. Worked at an architectural practice from 2015-2018. Worked at Diller Scofidio+Renfro NY under the
scholarship scheme by the Agency of Cultural Affairs, Japan. By questioning the concept of architecture and exploring the direction to expand existing concept, Tsugawa aims to create works beyond conventional framework of disciplines that are relevant to people and help them re-engage with surroundings.
Motoya Iizawa
Born in 1990 in Hokkaido. Graduated from Satoshi Okada Lab at Faculty of Engineering at Chiba University. Completed master course with Makoto Yokomizo Lab at Graduate School of Tokyo University of the Arts in 2016. Joined noiz in 2016. Iizawa has developed expertise in computational design and worked in projects across diverse disciplines within the field of design including interior, product, master plan and installation.
