［Updated on 14 April］Temporary closure of the hub facilities in Echigo-Tsumari Art Field
In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have decided to temporary close the following hub facilities in Echigo-Tsumari Art Field from Saturday 18 April to Wednesday 6 May 2020:

・Echigo-Tsumari Satoyama Museum of Contemoprary Art, KINARE
・Matsudai Nohbutai
・Matsudai History Museum
・Kyororo
・Tunnel of Light (Kiyotsukyo Tunnel)
・Museum of Picture Book Art (closed until further notice)
・Sansho House
Cancellation of Echigo-Tsumari Art Field 2020 Spring
In response to the unfolding COVID-19 situation, we have made the difficult but necessary decision to cancel the upcoming Echigo-Tsumari Art Field 2020 Spring (25 April – 10 May).
Postponing the opening of Museum of Picture Book Art
The scheduled opening of the Museum of Picture Book Art on 25 April 2020 has also been postponed until further notice.
Opening of artworks outdoor
Artworks outdoor will be open to the public from 25 April 2020 onward.
※ We have decided to suspend food and drink service at Bar Echigo-Shinanogawa and Echigo-Matsudai Satoyama Shokudo and to close the museum shop in KINARE from Monday 13 April. Other parts of the facilities including Matsudai History Museum remain open for your visit unti Friday 17 April.
