In this ongoing installation piece, which looks at reconstructions of the interconnection of Sea and Mountain, Water and Earth, workshops have been held every year since 2005, establishing an ever-deepening connection to the village itself. In 2009, the driftwood used for the 2006 project, was carbonized for display in collaboration with local charcoal studio Uonuma Sumi Kobo. On the site of an abandoned elementary school once filled with the voices of children, this integrative project creates a space for people to assemble once again.
